Nach der Installation von Norton 360 auf meinem Samsung A12 (Android, Version 12) funktioniert die Verbindung zwischen meinem Garmin Forerunner 735XT und der Garmin Connect App nicht mehr. Der Forerunner ist in der Bluetooth Geräteliste verfügbar. Auch wenn Bluetooth aktiviert ist, kann keine Verbindung bei gestarteter Garmin Connect App hergestellt werden.
Eine Fehlermeldung erscheint nicht. Nach einer bestimmten Zeit, bricht der Verbindungsversuch ab.
Ohne Norton 360 funktioniert die Verbindung einwandfrei.
Wie kann ich, bei installierter Norton 360 App auf dem J12 die Verbindung zum Forerunner herstellen?

After installing Norton 360 on my Samsung A12 (Android, version 12), the connection between my Garmin Forerunner 735XT and the Garmin Connect app no longer works. The Forerunner is available in the Bluetooth device list. Even if Bluetooth is activated, a connection cannot be established when the Garmin Connect app is launched.
An error message does not appear. After a certain time, the attempt to connect is aborted.
Without Norton 360 the connection works fine.
With the Norton 360 app installed on the J12, how do I connect to the Forerunner?
In the 360 app, check that you have not turned on the VPN feature. Norton 360 has no firewall feature that could be blocking access to other devices.
