Bootable Recovery Tool Wizard

I need to download the Bootable Recovery Tool Wizard for use on a computer that may or may not be infected.  I would like to download using a known clean computer.  In the terms of agreement, it says that it may uninstall or disable other security products.  None of my clean computers utilize Norton software.  How do I obtain a clean copy of this software without jeopardizing existing software?

I downloaded the Power Eraser and the Bootable Recovery Software and Wizard.  Both tests said the computer in question is clean.  Thanks for the help.

I think the bit you queried was probably a CYA to cover actually running the BRT and for some downloads using the Run option rather than the Save option ....
