Both account issues and poor support

Today, my 360 started repeatedly popping up with my subscription expiring. However, when I log in the system tells me the subscription is active through next year.

I tried the lie of "live chat," typing in the problem in the text field. A bot immediately started asking me idiotic questions, a whole series of them, rather than getting me to a live person.

Is there any way to get actual support, or is it time to end using Norton and trying something else?

That worked on one computer. I'll try the other later. It did have a problem where it hung updating. I had to kill it and reboot, then it finished.

You can try resolving your 'subscription' issue by opening the 360 classic interface by right clicking the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360. Then click on Help > Subscription status. That will connect to the Norton Subscription servers to sync your installed product.

As for the chat function. As soon as you can start entering information, type 'Agent Please'. That should get you out of the bot and connected to a live agent.
