I bought 360 yesterday but received a mail stating an internal technical error had occured which is delaying me receiving the confirmation/activiation key. Has anyone encountered this and if so, how long did it take to be resolved? Now I only have 360 trial on my pc instead of the 1 year subscription. I need to secure another pc as well asap. Thanks
