As suggested above you cannot reply to notification emails from the Norton Community. That email address is not set up to receive emails.
If you want to respond to an email notification, look at the bottom of the notification and you will see a link to the thread that the notification is from. Click that and you will be taken to the thread so you can respond if you wish.

at this time - 45 minutes later - my Gmail Inbox has not received bounce back.
