When on the page to request a refund for any Norton service, there is a broken "continue button" that prevents anyone from going forward with the refund submission. When clicked on, nothing happens. I took a look at the html for this page, and to my horror the "button" doesn't even have an <a> (link) tag to link the user to the next page! It's simply a <div> with an ID and some text in it!
I can't and don't believe this was an honest mistake on Norton's part, this is a deliberate fault designed to demotivate users in requesting a refund. One of countless faults I've encountered that seem to have been deliberately used to make the experience of requesting refunds and cancellations as obtuse as possible.
This is unethical, Norton. Fix your broken website.
