Browsers stopped working after installing norton 360

Detailed description: after installing norton 360 none of my browsers will open a page except the Norton Private Browser, it works fine .

@Charles_Bell2 As a temporary solution, disable the setting below “HTTPS scanning”, restart the machine, retest. Norton is aware of the issue. ADDITIONALLY if you do not have the latest version of Norton, run live updates manually, reboot and retest.

Edited: Set a different browser other than Norton Private Browser, as your default and retest.
