Browsing at Risk - How to disable permanently?

Norton has flagged me as at risk for web surfing. I don't have safe extension installed and I have no intention to install it. How do I disable this warning?

Under "Why Fix This" I see I can ignore this issue but it keeps coming back.  How do I permanently get rid of this?

If this is not addressed, first I will be upset for wasting the time to set up the forums and then I will make sure not to re-subscribe after my current sub has expired.  I have been loyal to Norton since the 90's.

Why can't I reply to the other forum?  Do locked threads not show they are locked?

Issue Fix status update:

We have released Norton Security 22.19.9.63 product update for Windows fixing an issue where "Norton UI shows Browsing at Risk” via LiveUpdate. Please run LiveUpdate to receive an update and let us know the issue fix. Thanks for your patience.

Please refer Norton Security 22.19.9.63 for Windows is now available! Product Update Announcement blog for more details

Unfortunately there are many, many, many, threads on this issue. If you have browsed through them, you will also see that there has not been a solution from Norton on this. In fact, most times any Norton update that gets a new version number will trigger any 'ignore' requests you may have made.

The only solution we have found is to install the Safe Web extension and then disable it.
