BSOD BHDrvx64.sys on Windows 7 home basic 64bit (NIS 2011)

Hi, all

Anybody can solve my problem?

I have a notebook HP DM1-3016AU with windows 7 64bit preinstalled, also NIS 2011. And I sometime get BSOD while starting/restarting my windows. I look the problem caused by BHDrvx64.sys driver. Although I update my NIS periodically, the BSOD still appear (not always, but often).

I have attached the minidump file (contain 3 log).

Check the following thread to see if anything there solves your issue.

Please let us know if it helped, or if you still need more suggestions.

Thanks for your solution. But, I really thanks if norton provide new driver version of BHDrvx64.sys :smileyvery-happy:

Today, I update my windows 7 with service pack 1, update .NET framework issues, and some drivers. since that, the BSOD didn't appear anymore.

Glad to hear you found a solution.

Unfortunately with a Windows system, and the great many files loaded at the same time to just run the computer, it is difficult for any software developer to be able to test against every one of the millions of combinations of files on all the computers in the world.

Thus it is important to keep everything up to date.
