Bug found in NIS — won't accept the '&' character in path

Hi,

I just found what I think is a BUG in NIS  —  probably in the module navw32.exe  —  and wanted to share this info.

My findings are as follows :

   - In the "Send To" folder I put a link to the module "navw32.exe" in the folder ...\Engine\21.7.0.11\

   - When I try to activate a scanning of a file by using this link via the "Send To" functionality, I get the following error message if (and only if) the character '&' is included in the path to the file to be scanned :

       " Scan Error

Unable to open the files listed below. Make sure that the files exist and that the file paths are correct.

         G:\ILib\Win\Readers-Viewers-&-Writers\___TESTING___\wlxTxt_Nfoviewer_0-8.zip "

   - When I replace the character '&' in the folder name "Readers-Viewers-&-Writers" with another character it works fine.

   - I'm running under the Windows 8.1 operating system (localized to Danish, fully updated).

Hoping to help eliminating just another little bug . . .

Cheers
