But..how?

Hello Norton community! Hope all is well in these scary times. Before I get to my issue I need to be upfront and tell you, I absolutely repel technology. I’m doing my best to make nice…buy I basically know nothing and what I do know is probably wrong so…my apologies.

Ok…I have Norton 360 on 2 Android phones and 2 laptops. I have had issues with the Norton on all of these devices and am aware it’s probably me causing it.

Not huge things for the most part except for my phone, which is an A51 5G, the app crashes CONSTANTLY. I am forever having to go into my settings and allow give permissions. All the time. Every time I try to backup my data on either phone the Norton doesn’t connect or recognize a connection to do so. So, I’m never sure if it’s working.

The laptops same issue really. It backs up data for one ok but will only do certain things for the other. I’m fairly confident that when I set it up I choose more than what’s actually backing up but again I know me…and it’s probably operator failure.

Also, since installing the Norton I noticed there is now an option for remote connection options on both laptops that was never there before so I’m not really sure about that one. It’s asks for a password to connect but I have no idea what it could be since I have never used either laptop for remote connection.
