Buy More Seats

Hi. I'm new here so I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. I recently bought a new laptop and I want to add a fourth seat to my existing key for Norton Internet Security. I went to the FAQ and found this:

  1. Next to Manage My Installs, review the number of seats available for installation. Do one of the following depending on your situation:

    <ul>

	<p>If you have one or more available installs, sign in to your Norton account from the computer you want to install this Norton product, and click Download.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>If you do not have any available installs, click Buy More Seats or Buy a Key.</p>
	</li>
</ul>

</li>

The problem is that there's no "Buy More Seats" to click, just "Buy a Key".

Any thoughts?
