I recently received an error after turning on my PC & trying to perform a manual Live Update, shortly before attempting a Quick Scan. Not doing the manual Live Update upon start up has resulted in errors for me in the past, so now it's a matter of habit as those damn errors were a nightmare to fix!
But I still received an error (can't recall the number of it, though I seem to remember copying it to the......clipboard?) and after going through all of the Uninstall & Power Eraser stuff as directed to do, this is the result. Although Norton is running on my PC fine (all is Green & working as far as I can tell) on my Account Devices page my PC doesn't appear to be registering correctly. And I'm concerned it may cause problems with my Security now, as well as when it comes time to renew. Unless in the mean time I find another protection software with less hassles that is!!
