Can I change language after renewal?

Hi,

This may already be answered elsewhere, but I'm new here and can't find the exact answer to my question. This is probably quite basic, but I'm stumped.

When I click to renew subscription (23 days left) I am directed to the Belgian site as I am currently in Brussels. My 360 and all Norton products are in English, yet I only have the choice of French or Dutch on the site. As I am not fluent in either language, I would obviously prefer English, but I can not find this as an option, although I'm certain it was there in the past.

If I renew and buy a product key in say, French, from the Belgian site, will I get a French download? Am I stuck with this or can I change to English at some point? If so, when and how? I could probably manage French but would much prefer English. I have tried the US and UK, but keep ending up back at the Belgian site to actually purchase a key, and back to square one. There has to be a way, but I'm going around in circles! I am curious to find a solution. Can anyone help?
