I recently renewed 2 one year subscriptions of Norton Online Security on 2 laptops that no longer work. I can not log on to the old laptops to un install the product. I dont want to have to pay another years subscription for my 2 new laptops when I had just purchaced Norton a few months ago.
How can I transfer my norton online security from my old non-accessable laptop to my new laptop with out having to pay again?
