Can I upgrade NIS 2011 to NIS 2012?

I have a question about upgrading norton: can I iupgrade NIS 2011 to NIS 2012 for free if I have the Original Norton?

 

 

and  can I have the link of NIS 2011 free trail? ( not to upgrade it but just to download it on another PC )
