Can I use my NIS 2009 to block Ads ?? like in Norton 2005

Hi guys, i was wondring if there any possibilties to use NIS2009 to block Ads just like in 2005 one !!

 

 

if I can , the How ?? ,, if not there must be an add-on or somthing similar that help me to block ads by NIS2009
