Hi Team, I am new to this family.. I would like to say that Norton is the best product, but somehow little trouble makes me to think.. Here is my issues...
Can not start NU from Desktop or either from System Tray.. I have followedup all the troubleshooting steps and I have also contacted the support folks..
There are several uninstall and re-install -- but no result :(. I have XP system which is running fine without any issues,where as in OS7 - It is not working :(
I have tried my own troubleshooting steps and I have created .bat file to launch the product. but there is something missing over there.. After running the .bat file, I can able to launch the program, but in system tray I get 3 or 4 icons (nu) listing out.. When I move cursor near to that Icon it disapper...
But it annoying me... Any suggestion ???
NOTE: Here my cmds.. ( .bat file which I created)

Team- Sorry for making changes in the program, I know we should not make any changes. But am very much concern about this issue.. ( this is my idea to fix this issue- I have tested this into my two systems - Vista and OS- 7 32/64 bit)
Team - Ur suggestion please or any idea to fix this issue ??
