FYI, it seem IE9 is not compatible with this community.
I just purchased NU15 and installed it, when I ran it for the first time it ran Smart Update and a scan. The scan completed but the Smart Update gave me an error message: "error downloading update list try again later.". I went to Norton.com to manually update NU15 but was told I did not have a qualifying product. I then went to Help>About to see if NU15 was activated, it said it was registered to "Robert B. Eyster" but the product key that was displayed was not the one I typed in. I found in the register where this key was and changed it to the correct one but it did not make any difference.
At one time I did have NU14 installed but was removed before installing NU15. I was offered a free download of NU14 when I renewed my copy of Norton Antivirus 2011. NU15 seems to be running OKay but it will not allow me to update it.
Can someone PLEASE help me?
