I have finally found the solution to Norton blocking Firefox. After trying all other suggestions to fix the problem of Norton blocking Firefox site access, I started in safe mode and did a refresh. That worked. Why it worked when downloading a new version of Firefox probably had to do with settings that kept uploading from the old version … Those more computer tech people would probably know. I am not.
However, after doing a refresh I no longer have my Bookmarks Toolbar, so I will have reset that. Just thankful to have Firefox back.
