Can Online Storage be accessed via FTP

I cannot access my files from the online server. Customer Service has escalated this case three times and there hasn't been a representative to solve this issue going on three weeks now. The files were backed up with V2 and my problem began when I tried to restore them using V3.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both V2 and V3 several times and still cannot access my files. I am ready to collect my files and shoot Norton the deuce at this point. I have this software loaded on two different systems and cannot access the files from either machine. One machine has been infected with the packed.generic.200 virus right under Norton's nose making me questions their viability anyway. Can anyone assist me with this issue before I ask for a refund?

I can take a look into your issue. First off we have a new tool called Norton Online Backup which allows you to view your files online if needed however we would like to fix your issue with Norton 360 so you can use the regular restore path.

 

Can you answer the following?

Did you log into the same Norton Account that you used for the backup?

When you enter the restore UI you do not see the backup set that you used? 

Do you get any errors?

No I did not use the dump tool. I did not know it existed until I searched here last night. I downloaded it to try again today.

 

I have tried accessing online storage from my computer, but it isn't showing my sets nor is it giving me any errors.

 

I only have one account but it is attached to 2 pcs. I have logged into the same account on both pcs and cannot access them from either machine. I also tried installing on a third machine to see if it would lock my subscription. My subscription is for 3 pcs and I have installed it on 4. Norton hasn't even noticed this, so I am wondering if it is a subscription error and not online storage. Thank you for the suggestions. I am going to try using the dump tool and will check back later.
