Can’t contact support

I have been trying to contact Norton support by chat or phone. I enter my details and press Next but instead of being put through I get asked for my details again. I want to ask about removing a license. I’ve followed all the steps but when I click in the bin to remove the license from my subscriptions and then click remove nothing happens. Why is it so hard to get through to support?

You’re reporting Remove License → Remove does nothing?
And you tried Norton account Sign Out → clear browser cookies n’ cache/cycle browser → Norton account Sign In to see change?

Note: Chat dialog…type “agent” three times…works (for me) to reach: “human agent”

I tried getting a phone number to contact to find someone that can decipher all the different Norton services that I am billed for. When I hit submit, it takes me back to the same support page. I have never seen worse customer service and am thinking of changing to McAfee to see if they are more customer friendly.
