I’ve encountered an issue installing Norton. It indicates that my computer might be infected, even though I just reinstalled Windows. I read some advice suggesting that Norton Power Eraser could help, so I installed it and scanned my system, but no viruses were found. I also tried Norton Remove and Reinstall, but that didn’t resolve the issue. What should I do?
