I have found a password but I do not remember what it is for. Can I search for a password within Norton Password Manager?
The only search criteria I could find is for a website or app. I tried searching for a password and there were no matches found.
The ability to search for passwords would be very helpful in several situations. For example, I just got a notification of a compromised password. I’d like to change that password but there’s no way to find it within Norton password manager. The best work-around I can think of is to export all my passwords and then search within the resulting file. But that’s a lot of overhead.
I recognize that allowing searches within passwords creates a security issue but this could be addressed by requiring the vault password to execute such a search.

I got the same notification and that what started this off. Good idea on the export, not prefect but better than nothing. Norton should like at this as at the moment their notification only cause worry. They need to provide a solution to the problems they highlight.

jeg har send dem at de skal ha opdateret deres password manager på nettet da den er lidt outdated det bliver nok ikke en stor opdatering men en opdatering er bedre end ingenting så de kikker nok lidt på det
