Necessito cancelar o Norton 360, em meu computador antigo o login antigo não lembro a senha e o telefone cadastrado no login antigo não existe o excluir, alguém pode ajudar-me neste problema.

I like to cancel my subscription please that was renew on September 27th 2024, Norton360
Platinum Plus 1. I no longer need it any more plus ever time I use it keeps ask me to upgrade ever time. Note I have not install it yet and don’t want to use it.
