I am trying to cancel and receive a refund for my subscription. I keep getting a loop back to the customer support page. I tried a link from this forum and I get a message that it doesn't recognize my order number. Fake Chat assistant says it's connecting me with a 'chat specialist' saying it's a 29 minute wait,then I get cut off with a message 'it was a pleasure to speak with me even though we didn't!!! and loops me back again. The phone numbers 1800-565-857 and 1-888-681-1964 are not connected or incorrect. It's impossible to talk with a real, live physical person. Terrible, terrible customer service. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP, I HAVE BEEN ON THIS ISSUE ALL MORNING.

I managed to unsubscribe just now by clicking" manage your licences", but there is no offer of refund which should have been automatically given as my renewed (automatically) subscription was well within the 60 days activity from the date of payment. This is frustrating; can anyone help?
Me too, over a few days, all my messages to "contact us" received no replies. Chat assistant assigned me many times to chat specialists but the chat box just disappeared even before the waiting time was over. My attempts therefore to cancel my automatically renewed subscription failed repeatedly. There is supposed to be an easy "Cancel" link for subscription in my Norton account but it is absent now.
It feels like Norton is not helping at all to let me cancel. I am upset with this poor aftersales service.

Use of VPN or ad blocker browser extensions can interfere with Norton pages loading correctly.
You should not need to change your country location to access Norton pages. Your product and Account are tied to the country you live in.
