Cancel Subscription

Issue abstract: Unable to Cancel Subscription my subscription online for over a week. I kept on getting an error message “We’ve encountered an error. We apologize for the inconvenience”. Anyone have this same issue? Is this Norton’s way of making the cancelation process more difficult for users? If so, isn’t there a law that says you must make the cancelation process just as easy as the sign up process, so if you can sign up online, you should easily able to cancel online, but I wasn’t. I had to spend time chatting with an agent which was a waste of my time.

Detailed description: I was unable to cancel subsciption only by online chatting to a live agent.
