No way to cancel free trial before being charged…AI was worthless
I signed up for the free test subscription for Norton Utilities Ultimate and wanted to cancel today before I was charged for it because its utility seemed marginal. It has been impossible to find out how to cancel this trial. Today, January 15 was the last day to cancel before being charged. Their generative AI said “Something went wrong while answering your question. Please try again later. Problem loading results, please try later.” Of course there is no telephone number to call to talk to a real person.
