Canceling auto-subscription

I have 4 licenses (for systems).  In the past year, 2 of these have been superseded by Macintosh products and are now no longer active (the systems have been dismantled).  One other system now has another AV product, leaving only one system that uses the Norton AV product now.

I am still getting automatic subscription notices for all 4 products, and after one self-renewd I have cancelled made changes to my credit card account until I can get this resolved.  I went to the support page and it wanted me to log in (I can't recall if I even have a log-in and password at Norton AV) to change the automatic renewal, and when trying to access a support person I was asked for my product key (I don't know where that is).

This most likely isn't the correct place to ask this, but I don;t seem to get easy access to a support person at Norton without data that I don't have.  Is there some way to recognize the one instance of Norton AV that I wish to have automatically subscribed to , and to cancel the other accounts, other than what I have already tried?

Thanks,  Bruce.
