Canceling subscription after close to 20 years

I had a yearly subscription, and my credit card expired a few months back. Norton decided to give me pop-ups reminding me to update my card information more than 60 days before my card expire. I've had pop-ups warning me that my subscription is to expire months in the future. Listen, I'll update my card information when I feel like it as long as my subscription is active. Stop acting like bloatware.

I've been a Norton subscriber since 2004-ish, that's close to 20 years. The first Norton product I experienced was Norton Utilities back in the mid 1990's. Norton was a brand I trusted. But for the past months I've started to dislike the brand. A lot.

I wanted to download a torrent client, but Norton quarantined it despite Norton saying it was safe and that thousands of Norton users was using it. I figured maybe it was something I could fix via the settings, but the interface is horrible and confusing. The Norton clients interface is beyond 1990's.

I dont rate Norton anymore. It looks like you outsourced work to the lowest bidder. Get your shit together.
