I would like to cancel my annual subscription because it was automatically renewed even though I had unticked the box for automatic renewal. When I try to contact the helpdesk, the system gets stuck in a loop, which is very frustrating. How can I get in touch with the helpdesk to cancel my subscription? I’m located in the Netherlands.
