Cancelling my automatic renewal and getting a refund

Can somebody help me get a refund for automatic renewal of my Norton protection? I thought I would get a discount on renewal, but price is same as last year.

if you havent renewed yet it would be a cancellation where you would go into your norton account and turn off the auto renewal
