Upgraded to Norton 360 with Lifelock Advantage from Lifelock. Norton side of things work fine but i cannot access my Lifelock Identity portion (no access to credit reports, account notifications, adding and deleting cretic cards etc.)
I get an error code 32040 and it says my account is currently moving to the Cyber Safety Platform. (been 3 weeks now).
I am usigf a HP PC with Windows 10, but I get the same error code on my iPhone 10 and iPad. Have had Lifelock for years. When I upgraded to the Norton portion is when this all started. I have contacted Support but they have no updates as to the solution.
Anyone else having this issue?
