Cannot access shares on Windows and Linux from each other

Hi I am trying to use Samba on my network.  I have Windows 7 and 10, Linux (Multiple Distros), and a OpenServer 5.0.6.  Not worrying about the Unix File Server.  However, I am trying to share a share on Windows 10 to Linux.  I am not able to.  However, if I turn off Smart Firewall on the Windows 10, it works just fine.  I have searched the web and this forum with no luck.  I am gathering, I need to set a Firewall Rule, but do not know what that should be.
