Cannot access the settings to transfer my logins

I bought two new computers and the three PC Premier Edition Norton 360.  The computers being replaced also have 360 but it expired before the new computers arrived.  I cannot access the settings to transfer my logins to the new computers.  Unless I can be provided with a way to get this data, in one years time I will be switching to another brand of protection. It is understandable to eliminate updates, but to hold a customers data hostage is Orwellian.
