Cannot acitvate Real Time defrag- Symantec could not solve the problem

Hi,

 

In NU15 I have tried to activate Real-Time defragmentation. However, NU15 gives me this error message:

A consultant from support tried to solve it by reinstalling, but had to give up. Any ideas ?
