I've just upgraded to NIS 2010 (17.1.0.19), but cannot activate it. I get the message:
An internet connection to the Symantec Server is necessary to complete the activation process
Please be sure your computer is connected to the internet and click NEXT to continue.
I am on the internet, but I can't get this message to go away, and can't activate my software.
Any help very much appreciated. I'm expecting a new PC to be delivered in a week or so, and thought I'd test the new NIS out on my current one before installing it on my new one. Not a good start, I have to say.
