Hi all
My Child has a new (old) iPhone 12 mini and I cannot activate Norton 360 on the device. I downloaded the app and when I try to activate my subscription, it stalls and I Get an error telling me there is no connection to the server and that I should check network settings etc.
My child has an Apple ID that is managed by me through the iCloud family function.
I have tried to Connect to other networks, uninstalled and installed again, restarted the phone, reset network settings. There is no VPN connection so that is not the issue,
We are a family of 5, and the other 4/5 phones have no issue,
What could be the problem?
