Hello Norton community,
I am experiencing a very frustrating problem with my Norton Internet Security conflicting with my Mac OSX 10.9.5. Once my trails have ended, I cannot activate it with my subscription. I have not experienced with any other computer I have, just this one I am typing this post with. When I click Activate Now, I get a popup message saying Server Error: We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later.
I have contacted Norton three times and have done remote sessions with agents. None of them have been able to come up with a fix. I had no choice but to turn to the Norton community. Has anybody experienced this same exact problem? If so, have you fixed it?
Incase it's worth noting, I couldn't even log into my Norton account through Norton. I would receieve the same error message. I could only log into Norton through Firefox.
