I have an active auto renewing subscription but cannot activate Utilities Premium. Followed instructions to uninstall and reinstall with no success.
I agree that Norton should provide some official word on this. I'll escalate the FAQ being out of date.

Thank you. I did have it prior to my recent renewal. Norton FAQ's still provide instructions for uninstall/reinstall. Should be changed to no longer available on renewal.
Have you had the Norton Utilities Premium, NUP, set up already from the 360 auto renew offer? If not, it appears that Norton is no longer offering this bonus for auto renewal.
Also if you do/did have the offer activated, it will only be valid for the balance of the current 360 subscription. Even if you do keep auto renewal on, and actually renew your 360.
