when I add a new parent email I get this error : This e-mail is already part of the family. Please enter different e-mail address.
That parent email was part of a family I setup before. the family config was deleted and I started a new family config and tried to add the parent.
There is NO other parents listed under the new family AND the old family is deleted I'm not sure how to correct this problem?
This issue manifests under any OS I try to manage the account from.
I have spent a good deal of time on live chat with support but I'm going around in circles.. how can it be this difficult?
