Cannot add programs or Apps to VPN split tunnel

Outlook does not work when VPN is on.

I did not know about Split Tunnel but when I tried to use it I cannot add Apps or Programs to exclude.

The antiquated search function does not show Apps.

I do not know what the executable is for Outlook, or for the Outlook App.

Why can't I just select the App?

To find your path for Outlook, type outlook.exe in the search bar next to the Start button.

For the Split Tunnel, you have to locate the .exe file for the app you are looking to add. Usually found in Program Files or Program Files (x86).

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections. See this How to Geeks article.   https://www.howtogeek.com/403771/why-do-some-websites-block-vpns/

Also, I cannot access some websites when VPN is activated.

I thought the intention was for VPN to be activated before I accessed websites.

How do I "exclude" websites from VPN?
