Settings will not turn off. Click settings, then click off Backup under "Quick Controls" and click Close. Main Norton Security window does not change. Open Settings again and Backups is selected (X'ed). Click Backup Settings and set Backup to Off. Click Apply and then Close. Main Norton Security window does not change. Click Settings then Backup Settings and Backup is set to On. Same thing happens for several of the other settings. Did not try them all. Clicked Help and then Support to run the diagnostic tool and it says everything is OK.
