This Automatic subscription is a real fraud. As many of customers here I've been charged (couple months before the expiration) and charged double amount (they manipulating with the product name, was Standard, they added Plus and charge me double)...Now I wanna change from Standard to Plus, but ha..!...they not allow..!...they forcing me to pay for what they offer, otherwise they send me to support (impossible to contact)....so I'm here, and if no solution then good bye Norton, I'm sick and tired of you after 17 years.
