When I open up ghost 15, I get this error. I try the reconnect, deploy agent and edit computer list to no luck. It ask for a password and won't take it. I think it was attacked by a virus. I have lost the product code so install is not an option as of now. I can get access to recovery point browser but can't make backups.

As redk9258 indicated you can get your product (license) key from Help > About.
Can you tell me if this worked at some point and then stopped working or has it never worked at all? Are you trying to connect to your own local computer or a remote computer? You talk about deploying agent and edit computer list which sounds like you are trying to manage a remote computer. But your over-all description kind of sounds like you might be referring to your local computer. Can you confirm which?
If this is your local computer then you don't need to deploy or edit computer list as this is only for controlling the Ghost agent on a different computer on the same network.
Also what anti-virus and firewall software do you use?
I am trying to connect to my local computer. It was working then it stopped the same time norton antivirus 2009 stopped working. When I click to start ghost, the window comes up and everything else is grayed out except what I mentioned. I put on Norton internet security newest version still doesn't work even with the newest updates.
The only other firewall I am using is windows firewall and Norton firewall. Tried disabling Norton firewall and did not help.

You mentioned both Norton anti-virus and Norton internet security. Which one do you actually have? When did you install Norton anti-virus and/or Norton Internet Security? What anti-virus software did you have before this? If you changed to a different anti-virus software, specifically how did you remove the old one? Did you do this before installing the new one?
You said Ghost stopped working at the same time your anti-virus software stopped working. Did anything unusual happen around this time?
I'm not at all sure you have any sort of malware infection on your computer based on what you've told me so far but as a precaution please go ahead and download the free version of MalwareBytes and run a full scan as explained below.
Please download, install, update and run the free version of MalwareBytes following the procedure outlined below. Any other recommendations will follow after you have a chance to provide any other details requested.
1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) free version and save it on your Desktop. 2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application. 3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only 4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts: - Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware - Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware 5. Click “Finish.” The program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update. 6. Scan your computer thoroughly choosing a "full scan". 7. When scanning is finished click on “Show Results” 8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked with a check mark, click on "Remove Selected". 9. Restart your computer.
Please post the logs back to this thread using "add attchments" at the bottom.
Note: Sometimes the main site is blocked from attempts to download MalwareBytes. If this occurs please try to download from: http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ Please do not download the Spyware Doctor which you will see on this page!
When I push the about button it says license unknown.
Ghost quite working when I had just Norton antivirus (both worked fine for about 2 months. After they both quite working I installed Norton antivirus internet security that includes NAvirus.
What was the previous problem with Norton anti-virus? Is Norton Internet Security working well? What version of Norton Anti-virus did you have and what version of Norton Internet Security do you now have? Please also supply full version from Help & Support > About.
Also, how did you remove the previous anti-virus software? It is always best when changing core software like anti-virus to use the Norton removal tool to ensure it is cleaned properly.
About the license issue with Ghost, pretty strange. It looks like a corrupted install and ultimately I think it is going to have to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
Where did you purchase Ghost from? Do you not have your email confirmation and receipt for the purchase? You can try to contact Customer Service and see if they have a record of it. If you purchased directly from Symantec they definitely should have it. Not sure if they will have a record of it if you purchased from somewhere else.
You could also try running the Fixinstall.bat which if you did not change the installation directory during install should be located in: C:\Program Files\Norton Ghost.
If this does not work, try doing a repair through Control Panel. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program. Then find the Norton Ghost entry and click Change, then Repair.
If none of this works we probably will need to uninstall and reinstall.
