Cannot connect to internet after Norton 360 uninstall

Detailed description: I uninstalled the old version of Norton 360 from my iMac. When I reconnected, I attempted to access the Norton website to download the new version, and I have no internet connection.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Premium

OS details: iMac

What is the error message you are seeing? No internet connection
