I upgraded to Norton 360 yesterday and since then have not been able to connect to the internet. I have completed the comprehensive scan and tried turning off the firewall and still receive page cannot be displayed. I have Windows XP and use Internet Explorer. Cannot perform Live Update since I cannot get a connection. Posting this from laptop without Norton. Any help or a phone number where I can speak to a live person would be appreciated.
I have V 2.0 and Windows XP. Also have a security system through Microsoft and a wireless security through Linksys. Have tried rebooting to no avail.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with Norton 360 v2. Did you try upgrading to Norton 360 v3 and see if the problem is automatically resolved?

Try starting your computer in Safe mode with Networking, If you are able to connect to the Internet, then download/run Norton removal tool.
1. Restart your computer.
2. As soon as the computer starts, tap the F8 key about once per second until you see the Windows Advanced Options menu.
3. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select Safe Mode with Networking, and then press Enter.
4. Click Yes to proceed to Safe mode.
5. If the computer you are able to connect to Internet in Safe mode with Networking, then go to this LINK and follow the instructions for download the Norton removal tool.
If you are unable to connect to Internet in Safe mode with Networking, then download the removal tool to the computer in which you have Internet access and transfer to the affected computer through CD/pendrive. Then try upgrading to Norton 360 3.0.
