Cannot Connect to Norton Server: Unexpected Browser Error

I know this issue has been posted before.  I still cannot find a solution -- wondering if anyone else has. Keep getting the following error within Norton (Security Deluxe) when trying to sign in or check subscription status (see photos). Been happening for many months. Can use Live Update with no issues.  Any help or other suggestion are appreciated.

I've tried:

Uninstall / Reinstall with Norton Tool

Restarting PC Many Times (Win 11)

Live Update

Changing Default Browsers (clearing cache too)

Flushing DNS

Checked Firewall Settings

Found a solution

Used the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to uninstall the product.  Don't reinstall at this point.

Next, use the Norton MAT Tool (Norton.com/MAT) to erase any leftover remnants of the Norton product from your computer.

Next, reinstall Norton from your My Norton account page.

This worked for me.

Yes I did -- Chrome / Firefox / Edge

Other than the connection issue, the program works.  I really don't want to try to reinstall the OS to see if that works. 

Very frustrating.

Have you tried changing the default browser in Windows?  You can always switch back to your preferred browser after the test.
