I purchased a Seagate personal cloud and connected to my network and it does not show up in my drives available to back up to. I know there must be an easy solution to this but I cannot find it. My old NAS drive showed up as a drive on my PC and Norton like a regular drive, ie. x, y, and Z etc. This drive shows up in networks. Looking for a solution. Regards. I am running Windows 10. Regards,
If the drive is only showing up in Networks and is not assigned a drive letter you cannot back up that way. You need to Map a drive letter to that drive to be able to use Norton's Backup on it.
