Hi,
Windows 7 64 bit, Norton Family 3.4.0.43
This is one of the PC's that failed to register properly with your servers when 3.4.0.43 was released. It comes up with a Red X and Parent action is required.
I am trying to do an Edit Accounts to get it registered back on the Norton Family account.
After I right click on the taskbar icon, click Edit Accounts, and sign in, I get this error:
How your family signs in
Norton family was unable to retrieve your list of child accounts
check that you are connected to the internet and try again
My Internet connection is fine, I am writing this on the PC.in question.
This is happening on 2 PC's maybe more.
I will private you the Norton account.
Please take a look a this and let me know what the problem is?
